    Nice one, same. This is my first project. Picked this up To replace a LX derailleur on it.. so I can now route the gear cable housing directly to the derailleur.. previous owner was using a plastic mount under the frame. Not the original but it a 1980 suntour

    Interesting, I was just doing some reading on Carlton. Do you know how long (from and to) they made the Criterium? Where these frames hand built? I can keep going with the stupid questions.. Going to start stripping it down tomorrow.. It will be interesting

    It's WD0001973. There seems to be a S stamped across the number 1, there is also a H stamped below the second 0. I'm curious about their reference, any ideas. Dickie
