:D :D Litespeed is what I thought. I ran across a 94 Obed somewhere on here that looks identical, riveted cable guides, no canti hanger and the rear derailer cable guides are on the top of the seat stay. I don't have it in person yet so maybe there will be some more clues once it is here...
