OK! This is an XC, yes, and it looked pretty beat to shit when I opened it. Elastomer dust... I'm also interested in knowing what kind of specifications/dimensions I need in my search for suspension OR rigid fork, as I'm kinda new to all this. I imagine that there's more to it than I assume...

Hello, just destroyed my back derailleur (stock/Shimano 105 5500, normal cage) and bent the hanger something fierce while on a ride. The rear tire and frame look fine, as does the cassette - but I need a new back derailleur and a hanger which fits my bike! From what I can ascertain, it's a 1999...
