Also, be cautious with media blasting. Too high pressure and/or wrong media can distort the part. Something many folks don't think of, especially w/ Alum. It's like little hammers hitting the metal, and what does metal do when hammered?..... it distorts! :) hate to see someone wreck a part, so I...

That's very nice! I loved those head sets. So easy to adjust and set perfectly. My earlier Hot had the fluted DT. Miss it dearly!*sniff* Kills me to think it may have ended up in the trash or wrecked.

Pull the cables and inspect for corrosion that could lead to a break and ruin yer day. Pull the tubes and inspect for dry/cracks. Reinflate tires and look for cracking. Brake pad check. Loose spoke check. Check the underside of the plastic seat body where it mounts to the rails. Cracks there can...

DeWalt makes some double pointed bits. I drill beach rocks lots for sculpture bases and use water as a coolent. Still running the same bit for a year and it's as good as new. You need the carbide tip bits for any masonry drilling. Bosch are good too.
