For Sale SOLD Vicini Columbus MS with 2003 10 Speed Record Groupset in Nearly New condition

I don't have any before pictures of the frame but it was free of any dents or rust internally and externally. I chose the frame for this reason as I wanted a multishape that I couldd invest a lot of money into a nice paint finish. Pretty much everything is engraved. I can send some photos of...

23 Inch Joe Waugh 753 with Campag. Originally owned by a elderly gentlemen who used it as his time trial bike in the late 80s and early 90s then dry stored for 30 years since. I was informed that the bike was regularly moved to make sure the bearings remained nice and free. It's got a 13-18...

    1980s bike catalogs

I started cycling in 1986 and remember reading a catalog back in the day which contained lots of bike frames and parts, including Basso's and Kestrels. I now own a Basso Astra after seeing it in the catalog in the late 80's. I think the magazine was called Freewheel. I would love to get a...

    Simplex gear levers

Re: Many thanks for taking the photos. They look in nice condition but they are not quite what I am looking for. They are a fair price.

    Simplex gear levers

Re: Campag levers poorly hold gears as the spring in the rear mech is too strong for the friction of the levers. Therefore you end up dropping down the block which is a mighty pain when climbing. Smplex levers have a spring mechanism within the lever which offers much more resistance to...

    Simplex gear levers

I have a NOS 8s synchro C Record groupset fitted to a Basso Astra but the Synchro levers are better at missing gears that selecting them. Switching them to non index makes no difference. Does anyone have a set of Simplex levers (with the hole in the middle) that are in excellent condition?

2 x Unused Veloflex Record Tubular tyre- the finest

I have two unused Veloflex Record 23mm Tubular tyres for sale. They were mounted to a set of wheels in 2016 so are stretched and nicely aged. Veloflex Record tubulars are probably the finest tubulars on the market with a price of £97 each. They weigh only 200 gms, and the ride is super smooth...

    Campagnolo C Record Chainset 170mm 53/42

Rate and beautiful C Record chainset in nice condition with ankle rub on non drive side only. Some scratches as would be expected for its age but will look good on a vintage bike. Campagnolo signs still present. Bottom bracket shoulders are square and threads are good. Rigs are in excellent...

    753R Raleigh Banana SBDU

Re: Looks fantastic! It was a pleasure supplying the groupset and wheels knowing that they would compliment the frame perfectly. I bet the bike looks like a new build! It would be nice to see the bike in the flesh if you are heading out on it this summer. I have built a late 70's Somec with...
