Question for the forum experts: the BB has play and needs to be replaced but after consulting the WWW I learn it is very hard to replace this part. Anyone has a clue which part supercedes it? It is this 116mm Octalink BB-M952. Thanks!

Hi guys, thanks for the replies, the rear brake is not my main point of interest as most power will be drawn in the front and the fork is incompatible. I'm just going to stick to a period correct build as this is a bit astray from what I had hoped.

Does anyone know of an adapter kit for a normal brakebosses equipped frame and rigid fork that can be used to mount disc brakes on? The frame I'd be using is the 1991 Koga Ridgerunner as I want to do an upgrade.
