As above, I’ve had these wheels on my Blizzard for years but have never used them as they are so nice! The rims were NOS when bought. The hubs were sold as used, but look and feel like new, and the wheels were built by a good bike shop. The only fault is the rubber O-ring on the rear skewer is...

My time warp 1992 Blizzard, which is (almost) exactly as it left the factory all those years ago (it needs a turbo saddle and Ritchey tyres to be completely accurate, and I still have the original wolber wheels).

This is confusing me, the triangles on the bottle mounts, the reinforcing ring at the bottom of the headtube and the rear cable hangar all point to it being a genuine p7... but then it has rack mounts on the seat stay, which I thought you only found on a c16r...
