    Help identifying this Raleigh

Does rather look like a Europa. I used to own an early 70’s Europa that I used to ride to school. In the early 80’s I had it repainted silver. Gave the frame away sometime in the 8O’s. Most unlikely to me my old bike though lol

    Falcon San Remo Equipe?

I would agree with you that it’s looks like a late 83 or 84 bike. I have seen copies of the 82 and 83 brochure and that bike is not in those. I have seen a couple of bikes with those lugs and graphics before but normally with a chrome fork. Any pictures of the whole bike showing the geometry...

Cliff Shrubb made bikes for Geoffrey Butler. Not saying it is a Cliff Shrubb, but it’s definitely a line of enquiry worth checking.

1982 Holdsworth Elan, part retro, part mod.

Looks like a 23 or 24 inch frame as they didn’t make half sizes. Always liked the look of the 980 front mech, which I still have on my Elan. Although I did change the rear mech for Super Record bitd.

HELP: Vintage Claud Butler Frame Identification

I have a 83 Holdsworth Elan that I purchased new in early 83. It has the short seatstay caps. The Shop ordered it for me, as the 82 model they had in stock had a small defect.

Frame identification help needed Frame 1 of 2

Later Falcon pros had brazed on lever bosses and cable guides Early ones had no braze ons at all. The were some in the middle period that had braze on lever support and bottom bracket guides, or a mixture of these. But as ever there is a great variation in these bikes. They seemed to use what...

I have two Falcon bikes about the same age and both have a five digit serial numbers on the bottom bracket. What brand could this Clements made frame be? Merckx?

Later models of the Majorca and the elswick stag seem very similar. The later Majorca models were badged as Tange champion no 5 I believe. So yes your bike might be one of those. Other members of this forum have owned some of these bikes See link. Perhaps adding to their threads might get a...
