Update. Just an update, I've been busy.. I eventually got the STS into 1 box 120cm length X 75cm high X 25cm width! I went through parcel to go, they charged me £43.11 to send to Germany, its not express but it is a lot cheaper than the other couriers were after raping me for! Thanks...
