i have some pace rc36 forks on my kona lava dome, didnt get used over the winter, then after a ride out the other day the forks have gone solid after being left overnight, why is this? im not sure how to get the lower carbon legs off without breaking them, im a dab hand at stripping and building...

got a friend selling this as a one off american navy built mountain bike, only 1 in the country!!! ive tried to tell him its more than likely a mass produced frame with cheap parts added that somebody probably won as a second prize in a raffle, can anyone shed some light on it, ive got £10...

im in long riston, ive got a 99 kona lava dome, white industries cranks, pace rc36 forks, ive got road tyres on at the mo but will be swapping them soon, got a car now so will be up for jaunts further afield 8)

just joined again, was anok but lost my log in details and had no time to ride, now im back and hope to start doing a few miles, got an old volvo estate support car now too so can sling the bike in the back and go further afield :D
