I've just rebuilt my old bike and noticed at the last minute that the rear dropout is bent. I am looking for a cheap(ish) steel roadframe and having scoured the forums wondered if anyone had one that would fit a 6'3" 100kg rider? :)

Interested in the mirage front mech. Is it for a double or triple?
