    yeah.... it was the only way to do it obviously based on experience with this adaptor yeah the pivot bolt mount is still in question??? a curved washer is a good idea need some pics then i'll get it sorted for now i've sloted it by 5mm, so gives plenty of room for the dropout drilled hole...

    post me a pic of the pivot mount i appears through looking at a number of pics on the forum that the pivot mount is sloted, hidden under that 20mm washer, that elimininates the need for sub millimeter drill hole accuracy and that makes that pic you posted khane of the drill hole with the 3mm...

    your a legend khane..... thats what we need looks a bit more clearance than my 20mm bolt hole dist. on yours maybe 25mm?? you should have put a steel ruler on there so we can know for sure if you could post a pic with the measurment we be on the way also a pic of the pivot mount too would help...

    yeah...... very BUMPY there not much help these FSR guys..................................... my Aluminium fin is look'n good, bent out of 3.6mm plate it's a bit thin i think for the job 4 to 5 will be better i'll post a drawing for ya soon with the current measurments might post my question...

    yeah i thougth about that, saw this pic a while back you'll have to make disk size specific fins the offset is a bit of a problem, welding solves both ends but i'm thinking about how to make it without welding using 40x40x5 angle, and bolting the offset flange. or maybe just bending plate, but...

    OK have made 2 steel prototypes one out of 3mm plate the other 5mm all looks good fits perfect on the rockhopper there was a predrilled M5 hole for the packrack on the stay centerline at 20mm from dropout, seems to fit well i wonder if the fsr's were 20mm, just need the confirmation anyway...
