I'd say leave it as it is. It's not tatty enough to warrant a strip and recoat. I like the used but not too abused look.

Specialized parts Bought a couple of items from Ash on Friday, crankset and a saddle. They arrived on Monday morning, well packed and in the condition described. Very happy with the communication throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Ash again.
