Hello, not been on for a while, but I've just managed to get hold of a Marin Muirwoods,and I'm not sure of the year? I think it's mid 90's and a ladies size (if at all they do a ladies frame??) any way how do i tell the year, looks a nice little original project too! Will put some pics up later...

Silly question really?!? Maybe I should already know? But, can an aluminium frame be powder coated? I mean, is the process the same as powder coating steel frames? Thanks Carl :oops:

Lol.... Don't quote me!!!! :D I only live 4 miles from the mountain gate, so have some really good trails around here!!! And to be honest I only live another 3 miles from that (as the crow flies) to Llandegla, I do keep saying I will venture over there?!? And maybe I should?!? I maybe...

I've been riding since 1990, and never been to a trail centre! I just like doin' the cross country thing, finding a track, and going with it, sometimes finding it leads to a dead end!!!!! :oops: but isn't that one of the joys of this?? Yes when we started mountain biking we sometimes wished for...

Looks in Tip-Top condition to me?!? Why not try some AutoSol on the spokes? Brings them up like new! If no success? Then change them :wink:

I bought one of these in '90 '91, as I liked the e-stay idea! Took me for miles this steed, can't remember the spec though? But IMO it was virtually bomb proof!!!! Enjoy :D Please post some pics when you get it! I'll try and dig some out of mine BITD
