thank you for offer, but the frame is for sale as is( It is rather big for me. I've bought the frameset for fork only. (Cranks Exage 300LX and upper mounting front mech was also very useful for my Schwinn Pro MOS frame;) )

could anyone please help me determine frame name made by Marin in gray-green colors. Possibly it is Bear valley SE, but green color is not mentioned in any Marin's catalogue (1991-1995). Fork Rockstar is very green also and weigh about 1 kg instead of 750 grams. Weight of frame about 2,9-3,0 kg...
