    1992 GT Bravado

My 1992 GT Bravado. 18". I guessed the age based on the QA stamps on the shimano parts. Original riveted saddle will be mounted on the bike soon. Love the U brake. And the frame is great. Riding a nice steel frame really is something special. Original seatpost was seriously stuck in the frame...

    Miyata Trailrunner 1991

Yup, that's the one. I guess I'll put an advertisement on Blocket some time soon. As I spent so little on the bike (money that is, not time. I spent quite some time working on it) my asking price is very negotiable, as stated in the for sale post at happymtb:) Restoring a bike while keeping as...

    Peugeot Grisley

I had one of those but sold it quite a few years ago. I bought it used in 1993 or 1994. It had XT/Ritchey Logic components and Mag21 fork. Of all the bikes that I have owned and sold, that one is the only one I really regret selling.

    Miyata Trailrunner 1991

Some comments regarding the bike. It is HEAVY! I didn't weigh the frame, but i lifted it when the bike was totally disassembled and it was shockingly heavy. The biggest challenge of the restoration was the rear derailleur pivot bolt. It was almost seized, and I had never encountered that...

    Miyata Trailrunner 1991

Bought this Miyata Trailrunner at a charity shop in Vejbystrand in the south of Sweden. It was in a poor state of repair and had obviously been stored unused and outdoors for quite some time. I offered to by it for 200 sek ≈ 20 Euro, but they would not accept my offer and insisted that I buy it...

    Klein Mantra Race

Re: Just found what I think are hairline cracks at the weld just below the pivot point on the swing, both left and right side. Tiny cracks in the paint. Is this where these bikes usually crack?

The one and only "HOW MUCH IS MY xyz WORTH" thread

Thank you lrh:) I'll probably end up selling either the complete bike, or frame, seatpost, rear shock and maybe fork but keeping all the XTR stuff and the front wheel.

The one and only "HOW MUCH IS MY xyz WORTH" thread

So, how much would you guys say my Klein Mantra Race is worth? 1996 size medium. Front hub is White Industries Ti. The rest is XTR M950. Klein Stratum 185 handlebar, syncros stem and headset, Thomson elite post, Flite saddle, Judy SL fork, Fox Alps 5R shock. Ritchey Comp pedals (not in pic)...

OMG! That paint job is hideous. But is it not as bad as the price.

    kona explosif

Well, there are a lot of nice parts on that very nice frame, and it looks like it's in very, very good condition. Congratulations on being able to build your dream bike. But........the colours really don't match at all.

    Cannondale F2000SL Team Edition

Yes, that seatpost is classic. At least it isn't the fork that's turned 180 degrees:) I doubt that he'll get more than 300€ for it here in Sweden.

    Cannondale F2000SL Team Edition

http://www.blocket.se/goteborg/MTB_Cano ... 4.htm?aw=1 Located in Sweden. Horribly over priced, and I'm pretty sure the seller knows nothing about bikes. The interesting thing is that it has never been ridden, even once. Only used for some sort of photo shoot.

    Francesco Moser MTB frame

It looks interesting. I live one hours drive from the seller. Is it worth 50€?

    1998 Cannondale F500

Ok. I'll let the Mantra live.

    1998 Cannondale F500

Cleaned and inspected the bike some more today. Unfortunately the bike has been left outdoors for some years and the paint has suffered. The paint under the stand and lock mount is damaged, a little at the stand and a lot at the lock mount on the seat tube. The Headshok rubber boot is also...
