Hi all.... been along time since i posted on here, but i recently aquired an 87 Saracen Trekker XT that im restoring but have found that the rear hub has cracked. Im building it back to its original spec and i just need the hub... its not a freehub btw but one that takes a screw on freewheel...

Not a bargain if its my old one I sold a few years ago!. I bought as a resto project....as its back wheel was missing...stripped it down fully cleaned and rebuilt it...then sold it for £60!!! Why the original Stx levers and shifters have been replaced is beyond me though...there's just afew...

bit late with feedback as i had comp problems..... but bought a front and rear mech from Colin, arrived quickly and do the job perfectly!!! no problems with this seller!!!

Ahh that's strange!!!! Yes I sent 2 as I didn't think the first one went through!! Ok I shall resend it for you and fingers crossed it works!!

Anybody able to help me out?, I need either 3,4 or 500lx front and rear mechs. Front has to be 26.8 band. Cheap as poss please and dosnt have to mint!! Cheers Lee

Yeah I know what you mean about the stu units..... Mine packed up as the bike got used off road a lot and the mud killed them!!!, I was going to put some back on but when I decided to put on the deore lx kit I put the thimbles on too!! Will dig a pic out for you!!

Love it, Have one exactly the same,I had it from new when i was a teenager,but ive changed the STI for Deore Thumbies and its running a full Deore Lx groupset now......only thing id like would be a set of the original rims in black again as mine are silver!!

Sold my DB Arrival Last year to someone at work......It was the white one with a splatter effect,Was all original except for the saddle and bars,let it go for £60...... lol
