BoTM July - Riders Special **POLL NOW UP**

I had to go with the Miyata Century. I've always liked that bike. The only thing wrong with it is it's not my size. Elev12k, you have some great taste in bikes. Good job.

    rebuild Deore thumbshifter

Take out the screw on the bottom. Then the shifter can be removed from the mount. Once the shifter is off. There is a tiny screw that holds the dust cap on. Remove that. Once the cap is off. There's a 10mm nut. Opposite threads. So turn to the left. Then the insides come out.

June 2007 BOTM **LET THE VOTING COMMENCE**

Well. It looks like the Pinarello's out of it. But, maybe I can squeeze another vote with these. Just received my new black br-m732 brakes today. The very last piece in transforming the bike back to 1990. I didn't think I'd ever find a black set. So, I have a completely original spec, NOS...

June 2007 BOTM **LET THE VOTING COMMENCE**

Even if you don't win. I must say. It's somewhat of a thrill just to be a part of a VRC competition such as this. We're competing with some of the nicest bikes in the world. Aren't we? I think every BOTM entry is a winner. Past, present and future. It was excellent just getting a few votes. Some...

    Where are all the B.O.B.s!?

I've always been big into the Bridgestone's. My son and daughter each have MB-1's that they ride regularly. I have a couple of MB-1's and a MB-0 in storage (still new). My trusty MB-3 (single speed) gets ridden the hell out of almost everyday. When I'm not on the MB-3 I'll be on my other MB-1...

June 2007 BOTM **LET THE VOTING COMMENCE**

So, I'm wondering if everyone who's entered in BOTM, votes for there own bike or you see something you like and voted for someone else's bike?

NOS 1990 Pinarello Antelao Well. I know I'm new to the forum. But, I'd like to enter my Pinarello Antelao. Not much of a story behind the bike. Picked up the frame and fork NOS in December 2005 and it's finally complete after a long search for all the NOS parts. I believe it to be factory spec...

You could have your seat tube reamed to accommodate a slightly larger seatpost.

    NOS 1990 Pinarello Antelao

The Farmer John's are in pristine condition. Just like I went back in time to 1990 and bought them at my LBS.

    Caramba Double Barrel - Sold

Would anyone be interested in a orange set of Caramba Double Barrels? They're compact 58/94. Two spiders, one double ring. With or without the Token Chainblades. They're NOS but mounted. Too nice for me to use. Best offer takes them. I have a RaceFace TaperLock BB to go with if needed. Let me...
