Ok, here's the situation so far; Complete bike at £700 plus postage --> a couple of interested people but no offer over £700 as yet, so no dibs! Swaps: I need cash to fix my car but could maybe do a p/ex with £500 my way... Frame, both forks, headset and BB: daj has first refusal...

Wow! :shock: I remember watching that race (not live!) and being gutted when our Jase got beaten. Always loved that bike though! A proper piece of MTB history with a great story along with it.

How tall are you Frazer? I'm 6 foot 1 and the bike was fine for me, iirc. I have someone interested in the complete bike and also someone has dibs on the frame if I split it. Sorry Brocklanders, you can have second dibs on the frame if it comes to that! :shock:
