    MCU / Elastomers for Marzocchi Z3

    Hello all, Currently servicing a '97 Marzocchi Z3 and the elastomers have disintegrated. Would a piece of polyurethane (70A hardness) work as a cheapo replacement? Fork is for my daughter's bike so won't be seeing any big drops or DH ;) Just want it to function.. Photo for reference: Cheers

    Help removing threaded headset

    Morning all, Having trouble removing the headset + fork. Flathead screwdriver on the retaining clip notch and tap with a rubber hammer? Should the retaining clip pop off or does it unscrew?     XT M737 middle chainring

    Hi all, I have a Shimano Deore XT M737 crankset (3x8 speed, 94/58mm BCD according to a comment on VeloBase) and need to replace the middle chainring (32T, part nº 16K 9320). Would an STX MC33 middle chainring be compatible? Many thanks in advance
