I know this has been covered before, but I'm wondering the best way to polish up my FS. Is it annodised or Laquered? There is no flaking or cracking, just fine scratches. I started to polish a bit under the top tube but it seemed to take ages to polish to a mirror finish. Is it gonna be a job...

Ive been off my bike now for 3 weeks now due to a knee injury. It has turned out to be cartilige damage on my kneecap. It's way too painfull to ride my bike at all at the minute and it's driving me mad not training. Has anyone had a similar experience? It just doesn't seem to be getting better :cry:
