Gears all cabled up. Disc lock rings arriving tomorrow so I can hook up the brakes and it'll be there I think. Had to get new lock rings for they axles as the current ones won't clear the diameter of the axle!

Trp Spyre. If I like the bike then I'll likely switch to hydraulic in due course!

Brakes are mounted and awaiting some tools so can get some gears on and discs mounted properly. Going with mechanical disc brakes to be compatible with the 105 road shifters.
