From a quick google search. I can take pics from my bike if needed. They are pretty easy to make, just a hacksaw, drill, ruler and time to do it. If you can wait, I can take mine off my bike, trace and send you a pic in the new year.

Looking for advice on how much a set of shop worn, NOS hubs and rims are worth. Hubs include the skewers. There is no wear on the brake track, any wear is what you would expect from wheels that have been sitting around for 25 years.
