Can do anything. Artwork is the bit that takes the time though, formatting files etc, test piece. Curved surfaces have to be split into 3 or four parts etc.

What size you looking for and what size to fit into. I’m a believer in going undersize and using a shim. An aluminium post in a steel seat tube that gets stuck with dissimilar metal corrosion will result in a minimum loss of seatpost. Undersized aluminium in aluminium shim, tge shin gets stuck...

I’m not from scratch. I’m an engineer and toolmaker….and as this thread goes to show there is a market. You can build and sell frames for less than 3k a time if you don’t need to earn a fortune. I’m thinking more semi retirement than high end frames at 3/4k a peice

Old thread I know, but..Defo a De Rosa. However the fork is a later addition. The benotto team frames of tge mid 70s sanson team were all De Rosa, however they had the flat fork crown. This frame has all the hallmarks of a team frame with Dubois pressed lugs. The retail frames of the 80s model...
