    Weird brake calliper installation

Johnsqual: Why would you assume incompetance? Forces applied would be no different to the front brake surely. Do you have pictures? It may be done for aesthetic clean lines.

    I've been polishing!

Hello stedlocks, That's a great job you've done there. I do admire someone taking the time to do stuff like that. I took on a similar task with a MTB, so can appriciate the work involved. I also found it to be therapuitic; I used to work away on stuff when I was walking the dog. May...

    Weight-saving... Best value for money?

Any pics of your bike, or a bike spec to see if any of your parts can be changed? Obvious ares for weight loss are wheels, tyres, saddle, cranks, seatpost.

X Lite Titanium Pro - Build Suggestions?

Seriously nice/cool bike you have there. Love the forks. I'd be very interested to know how you find them to ride once you get a chance. I think for the build, if you are not going for period correctness, XTR grey, (M952/3) would look great, grey tires and saddle, cables. I think if...

    New beginnings.

Thank you very much. I have only been a very small part of the project though. I am very lucky to work with a team of very good folk who are extremely experienced and good guys to work with and learn from. I am probably as low down in the chain as you could get, but the kit is as cool as i've...

    New beginnings.

I'm away to start a new role in my work in a week. I'm real lucky to be working with the some really cool kit and will be traveling throughout the world with it. This stuff gets run subsea from a boat, so totally new thing for me to be up-to. This may well be the thing in which I can actually...
