Dyna, you would like these, I've asked about custom ones..... https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/2298722 ... tact&box=1 I'm assuming there is some sort of resin / metal content to stop it all snapping but they do look nice.

Re: Lairig Ghru is water bar hell I've heard and not great for bikes, that was a while back though so it might be more accessible (and Fatties would probably be fine) I didn't think it would be a loop either - more a ride in and turn back at the right time, or you could do the rothymurcus in to...

therm-a-rest neoair xlite - very comfy in tiso's when I tried it there, 2.5 inch thick full size mat is 350g - I didn't buy it because it was too expensive at £120 :) You blow it up with an airbag, otherwise moisture in your breath can make it mouldy apparently. I wouldn't put it on bare ground...

Should be plenty room for Velo, I could put the roof racks on for the bikes if need be. I might give the Pivot it's second outing for Laggan, not sure it is ideal for the Ryovan Pass though so might need to bring 2 bikes :)

25 of April 2015 Pedal on Parliament 4

Not sure I will make it - 2 weeks on holiday has wiped me out and with jetlag and work this week means I might like to sleep in on Saturday morning. I might brighten up later in the week though.

Great ride even though I had to cut it short. Oddly I never really felt out of breath but me thighs were on fire! Definately need to put more hours in. The rigght bike might help. Some great countryside sad I missed the cliffs. The farm after the sprouts was far worse then the sprouts...

I'll be returning from my hols on the sunday so no ride for me, enjoy. I saw the Quo in 86 and 88, good gigs but happy to keep it that way. Do you like real music as well Keith?
