I'm going HT this time. It's all about the climbing, since that's where it's easiest to make up time. It can be hard to get past folk on the way down. Really toiled this year and need to make more of an effort training for it for 2019. Full sus is overkill for the level of riding involved. If...

I'll speak nicely to Jim, but if not the back seat in the car drops - I've had the road bike in with just the front wheel off, so should be do-able with the MTB. I'll probably head down straight from work, should be there about 5-ish as well. * Cheers Jim, just read your reply :)

I'd be taking the full sus Keith - a lot of climbing in one lap, bugger dragging those fat tyres up it.
