Recent frame eBay buy..seller mentioned nds bb cup still in place as "didn't have right tool to remove", i suspected was seized..and on arrival, it was...resorted to c soda.. No indication of frame brand/type. Italian bb, 27mm post, 4.5lbs weight, rifling in steerer tube, nice brake and c/stay...

Acquired recently, built as tourer, stripped it and frame weighs 4.1 lbs !? English bb and crown race 26.4mm. No serial no. Rebuilt with spares, now weighs 21.25 lbs with pedals. Any ideas around frame id please?
