    As others have said, I don’t think Cinelli stems have ever had a cap on top and I have owned a lot of them. Also mentioned above, some 3TTT stems did have one.

    No luck at Halfords, the guy said we don't sell many wheels, and think it will be much the same at my LBC, though will try in Evans the next time I am in town. My thinking is people buy wheels, and they come in a box, I was hoping someone near me may want to get ride of theirs, fingers crossed...

    Clearing out the garage, these are next on the list. Two tubular 36 hole tubular tyre rims, one's a Super Champion, the other is similar but not marked. Would build into a nice pair of wheels, or used for stretching tubs on. Look like they would clean up nicely. £15 including postage.
