ideally with headset, but no worries if not. Paint job not an issue as will be resprayed.

Looking for an XL-sized frame+forks, at least 24". Ideally 531 tubing or similar. Must have horizontal dropouts. I'm in Manchester, so the nearer the better - but happy to pay to ship the right frame.
