Re: Hya..thanks for the advise..I'll check them out. Someone else has told me that even if they're 25.4mm in the middle they should still be 22mm where the grips are so everything should fit. Many thanks Lee

Hya everyone I'm looking at fitting a 7 speed Deore DX combination brake and shifter unit onto my old Trek. Someone has previously used these with cantilever brakes but I'm hoping to use them with Shimano V brakes..are they compatible? will there be a problem? I have a basic understanding that...

Re: Re: The one I have at the moment is top pull. Luckily the seller of the original derailleur thinks he has a 31.8 replacement and is going to send it free of charge. I'll bear you in mind of there's a problem though. Many thanks Lee

Hya guys I'm new to the forum...so hello to everyone! I've got a bit of a problem and need some quick help. I'm building up a Trek 950 which I think is a 94 model, possible a 95 (it has Tig welding with a sloping top tube). I've fitted the seat post which is 27.2mm with no problems...however...
