    Knee injuries

    Thanks for that mate. I talked to my coach again today and Im gonna get a scan done to see what the damage is. It's reassuring to hear your op went smoothly. I'd hate to miss this year after missing last year to a virus! Did you have the op done privatly or on the NHS?

    Build I think some amberwall tires would set that lovely frame colour off. Dont think the blue walls do anything for it. I quite like the stem, origianal's always best though IMO

    Knee injuries

    Ive been off my bike now for 3 weeks now due to a knee injury. It has turned out to be cartilige damage on my kneecap. It's way too painfull to ride my bike at all at the minute and it's driving me mad not training. Has anyone had a similar experience? It just doesn't seem to be getting better :cry:

    saddle I had an SLR Carbonio but it was way too hard. The Gel Flow seems pretty well padded. I used a Pro-Link for ages which I loved but not the best looking IMO

    Flight I used the original Flite but couldn't get on with the new one. I love the SLR Gel Flow now though.

    More ebay advice needed

    DT SWISS XRC80 I wouldn't normally have done it but I listed them as without the other makes mentioned and I had 2 watchers after 6 days, so I changed the title and relisted them, and strait away 34 watchers. I just dont think people expect to see them on ebay so soon
