    Chrome effect paint

This may have been covered before but I can't find it if it has .... I've got a couple of Cinelli bar ends where the 'chroming' has worn away over time but the mouldings themselves are still perfect. I could use them as is but would like to tidy them up a bit and rather than strip the remaining...

Re: Just bumping this back up as a reminder hopefully :)

    Litespeed Catalyst

Now it’s starting to look like a bike I thought it was about time I did more than lurk here and show you my ’94 Litespeed Catalyst. The frame came with Ahead compatible carbon forks but I’m using as many parts from the shed as possible - and putting this together has reaffirmed my preference...

    Derailleur limit screw with spring

That would be fantastic - thank you! Unfortunately I'm too new to pm yet (I can receive but not send) so will have to bump this back up if necessary.

    Derailleur limit screw with spring

Does anyone have or know where I can get one/two rear derailleur limit screws? Ideally Campag to match the one I have. There are some silly priced (inc. delivery) options on ebay .... alternatively I could probably use a couple of cap screws and find a spring but it would be nice to use the...

    Ribble 531 Competition Raw Steel

Only an opinion .... but I prefer the more svelte look of the 'new' wheels. I look forward to seeing how the mudguards work out.

Thank you - but I'm sorted now :)

    Titanium bikes of the '80s/'90s

Good point about the buyer repairing the crack 'themselves' and so feeling better about it. Sorry, but I'd rather not be public about exactly what I paid. I spent a while looking on ebay etc. and reckoned that, considering my preferences, £300-£600 could get anything from a frame only to built...

    Titanium bikes of the '80s/'90s

Re: Thanks very much for getting in touch. I was actually after a road bike though and am pleased to say that I now have frame and forks waiting to be built up! :D Good luck with your sale; unfortunately the crack will put a lot of people off - maybe it would be worth getting it repaired...

Re: I'm sorry to temporarily hijack this thread but Hamster, please re-visit the 'Titanium bikes of the '80s/'90s' thread as I'm trying to get hold of you. Thank you :)

    Titanium bikes of the '80s/'90s

Re: Thanks for the pm - unfortunately I'm too new to be able to respond that way :( I don't want to break any forum rules having just joined! .... but would you be happy to provide an e-mail or alternative contact method?

    Titanium bikes of the '80s/'90s

Re: Thank you for the alternative make information. What size? A few weeks ago I thought that was a simple question! The size depends a bit on the geometry but I think somewhere in the region of 52cm. I have a relatively short torso for my height so the driving factor, for me, is really the top...

    Titanium bikes of the '80s/'90s

Hello, I'm new to the forum and have searched but can't obviously find an answer to my question. If there's already a thread here please point me in the right direction. Thank you :) I'm trying to find out who, other than Raleigh, made (currently affordable!) titanium bikes/frames in the...
