Re: Fantastic day! Great work Pete putting this route together, it’s an understatement how much willpower it took to get round being epically unfit, but the route, the bike (cheers for the lone!) and the company got me round. And yes I should put a North Wales route together!

Re: Yes thanks Joe. I was indeed out of my comfort zone in terms of how wet I could get, funny how something I would not have blinked at as a kid now seems like such an achievement. It’s certainly re-ignited my passion for touring

Re: I don’t think PayPal is popular in Germany and bank transfers are the norm. If you are concerned see if there a way to pay into his bank using your credit card instead? Credit card transactions are usually insured but check first.

Would this route be suitable for weedy legs pushing 26-28? Can’t remember the last RB ride I attended outside of North Wales!

Re: Race at 1pm but I think sign on is until 12pm. It’s a time trail so we’ll be setting off in intervals which means you could start much later that 1pm if you get signed on..
