Later Weinmanns from the late 70s/ early 80s I's say, with satellite levers and quick release. The VCC library has some good catalogues on this brand, worth having a look to get the correct model name.

I have mine from about 1962, modded a lot... Its decalled as a Snipe Prestige

Flam orange frame and flam green seat tube and headtube, plus those colours could aslo be inverted ie frame green colour seat tube and headstock the orange Later versions were also in white with coffee contrasts...

I have all the content from that site, Jerry Mortimore passed on the Discs to me a while ago. The domain has been 'bought' by someone else...

Re: This frame is not immediately saying Carlton to me. The lugs look like vaguely modded/later Crespera or Bocama. The seat stay treatment would be wrap over, except for some of the higher end / later machines. At a guess, assuming its 531, it could be something similar to a late 70s/early 80s...
