    All things Canadian.....

Excellent condition! Looks like it was well looked after. My friend had the same bike when he raced for Rocky in the early 90s...nice to see the details again with original paint and red Rock Shox. 8)

    1993 Rocky Mountain Thunderbolt

Very nice bike!! I prefer the all black syncros setup. The white industries hubs are also a good choice on this bike. I was planning on building up a wheelset with Trackers as well, but for a 95 Rocky t.o....unless I find some XTR 910's at a decent price. The only thing I'd consider...

    1994 Rocky Mountain Altitude

Re: Re: I had this one for a while...but it went to sgommy in Edmonton a couple years ago. I'm not sure if he ended up restoring it. It was a 21.5" and was in rough shape. The previous owner scraped the decals off with something very abrasive!

    1994 Rocky Mountain Altitude

Thanks! :) I think this bike would also look good with black Raceface cranks/headset if you can't find anymore salmon red parts. I'm happy to provide more photos of the altitude decals. For 1994 the Rocky logo was a different colour. They used grey instead of yellow.

    1994 Rocky Mountain Altitude

Well, this one took longer than I planned, but I finally finished it and got it out for it's 1st ride. So far, I'm really happy how it turned out! :D I ended up going with some Mavic 230 TiB rims since I found them to match better than the silver 231 rims. But I still kept with the XTR m900...

    1992 Rocky Mountain Altitude (Vancouver/Canada)

No, I didn't confirm. I just looked at the 2 driveside photos on the ad. It looks like the typical place where a brake lever would cause a dent.

    1992 Rocky Mountain Altitude (Vancouver/Canada)

Yes, it looks bigger than their 17". Too bad it has a big dent on the top tube :( If was in better condition, I'd seriously consider buying it.

    1992 Rocky Mtn blizzard

Rocky measures frame size from BB center to the top of the seat tube...again, yours has a proportionally long head tube for it to be a 18.5". If you're right, I'll drop off a six pack of beer the next time I'm out West.
