Bear Valley & Eldridge, typically the same, the models below each share a frameset of a lesser spec. The Pine Mtn is a standalone & obviously over the years there are Team Issue & Team Marin of varying tubing variant. So I would say that outlines the frame 'quality' amongst the staple models.

As title, I'm looking for a nice cond XT U-brake in black within UK please.

Something I failed to mention in my first post is the rear brake spec. Pre 93 bikes had a U-brake which can't be switched with canti's or V's. Worth knowing if you specifically intend to run V's or want that classic look of a U-brake & a bonkers paint job.

Somewhere up the Col du Izoard. (possibly my fave Alpine climb) After descending the Izoard you get this gorge & river to follow. The Gorge du guille. Stunning.
