I would say earlier than 60's with clip headset 🤔. Some rare parts including the RRA Stem and possibly headset and lamp bracket.. Looks like a Brooks Sprinter saddle.

Guess the confusion is that it has some SR Sakae components...chainset and possibly seat post bars & stem. Record Sprint showing in the 91 catalogue.

The frame has no connection with the Japanese SR Sakae Ringyo company, it was built in Nottingham by Raleigh.

What's does a Raleigh Sakae frame look like, I've not seen one before, post some photos of the frame/ bike 👍

The mounting bracket onto the bars is very good with a cable running under the stem to stop the slip. Think the seller has got a bit mixed up which triangle is 753... it's the rear not the main triangle and steerer tube in 753 👍
