Excited for this build and amazed your Kona SDG saddle is still in good shape 😂 (mine is cracked and looking rather sad) I didn’t realise ISIS stuff had got so expensive either! 😬

    Raleigh MTrax - Finished!

All built up and finished.. Didn't get many pictures of the building process as was done Ad Hoc in the front room while waiting for parts to arrive. Surprisingly comfortable riding position using a narrow ish riser bar. Looking forward to giving it a shakedown this weekend..

    Raleigh MTrax - Finished!

Update: Fitted a new Ritchey Headset and got myself a rolling chassis. Shimano UN52 bottom bracket that came with the bike was just cleaned up and refitted. I've got some new wheels as wanted to run 8 speed as had a few Shimano Alivio/Accra parts lurking off an old Kona Stuff. Whilst they...

    Raleigh MTrax - Finished!

To be fair if I was travelling into Exeter more regularly as I did pre-Rona I’d have had a word. I’ll sort it when I’m short of bike fettling :) I did give them a drawing with my masking requirement but I think this isn’t their first rodeo. Most of their work seems to be motorbike and motoX...

    Raleigh MTrax - Finished!

So I got some pictures of the powder coat in the day light. Masking is very good with no coating in any threads/bores and only the odd bit of grit caught in larger threads. Cost £70 for frame and fork. I had cheaper quotes elsewhere but mentions of masking wasn't well received. Full disclosure...
