Just picked this up to strip… anyone familiar with this model?

Before I go ahead and strip it, would anyone be interested in this minus the wheels, chain, brake levers, gear shifters and grips? So essentially it would be the F&F inc. BB, seat/seat post, canti's, stem and handlebars... oh and skewers.

Thanks mate... do you know what year this frame is? The thread title originally stated Pulse II but I realised I'd made a mistake so changed it to Pulse. I've been looking for one of those seat clamps with the built in hanger but not found one yet in 36.4mm.
