    A 91 Gt Xizang Le, finished P5

I think the bike will weigh around 9.5-10 kilograms. The Xizang frames aren't the lightest anyway, because of the tripple triangle design. My Centurion Titanium SX Bike weights 8.4kg but it is tuned to the limits.

    Alpinestars Almega XTR (1992)

Thank you :) 1st Generation (XTR M900/910) 1992-1995. In September 1991 the XTR group was presented. However, it was not available in stores until 1992. Olli

    Alpinestars Almega XTR (1992)

I know... and they also have a habit of cracking at the seattube 😐

    Parkpre Team 925 from 1995

I'm not sure about that. There is a sticker on the frame which says "Ti Plated Finish". Maybe just promotional tactics? Who knows ;) Regards Olli

    Parkpre Team 925 from 1995

Thank you eclipse1 :) This set of Onza tires were indeed mint when I bought them on ebay germany for 200 Euros 3 or 4 years ago. I also have a set of white Onza Porcs in mint condition on a black 1992 GT Richter 8.0 and also a set of blackwall Onza Porcs on another bike in my collection. Love...

    Parkpre Team 925 from 1995

Hello bike enthusiasts and collectors 👋 I would like to present you my Parkpre Team 925 from 1995, which I rebuilt in 2019. I bought the frame from a friend who had it in his collection as a wall hanger. The frame was NOS. Then I rebuilt it with contemporary parts from the early to mid 90's...

    A 91 Gt Xizang Le, finished P5

Both xizangs are equally beautiful. I couldn't say which one I like better. I think 20" would be more manageable for me than 18" so I would probably prefer the 1990 Xizang. But both are beautiful. 🥰

    A 91 Gt Xizang Le, finished P5

Very very nice Xizang and lovely built up 🥰 If I ever find a 1992 GT Xizang I would build it up with Rock Shox Mag 20 and Onza Ti bar ends and of course XTR M900 components. Olli

    Alpinestars Almega XTR (1992)

Hi mate ;) The Alpinestars drives awesome and the XTR M900 components still work fine on the meanwhile 30 years old bike. The big ODS aluminum fork is certainly very hard as you can probably imagine. After a few minutes of driving you can feel it in your wrists. But this fork is super stiff and...

    Indian Arrow MTB from 1993

Thank you too 🙂 I had already thought that these Indian bikes would be pretty much unknown in the UK. I think these bikes and also the later Independent branded bikes were never sold further than maybe to Austria or the Netherlands. But they were really nice bikes and equipped to a high...

    Centurion Titanium SX from 1992/94

I also found a vintage set of purple ControlTech axles 🥰 I used to mount modern titanium quick releases in purple because they were lighter than the purple Fast Feather Skewers. Finally vintage instead of modern ones  Olli

    Centurion Titanium SX from 1992/94

The first test drive in autumn... still with Litespeed Tuf Nek stem and P2 Kona fork But the stem was a little to steep for me. I like it long an flat... here with Marin Ti bar/stem Combo With P2 lite... but in my opinion a little to long At the end I decided to install the japanese Shogun...

    Centurion Titanium SX from 1992/94

First I had a purple seat clamp from Ultimate Machine but the colour was not matching the other purple parts exactly... :( So... Ultimate Machine again... but this time the colour matches The cassette BTW is not a XTR M900. I used a M950 because it is much lighter as the M900 cassette...
