    I used F360 for a bit but they used to change things around on the updates. I now use Solidworks at home as we use it at work! I do like AutoCAD for 2D stuff (factory layouts etc) though. TurboCAD is also good for 2D.

    From memory they don’t have the same bearings. I think they only have round bearings as opposed to the XTR which has round bearings and roller bearings.

    Yes, RS 7 & 8 were forged before machining. They are had a better finish (mechanical polishing iirc) to remove machining marks, before anodising.
