What tools do you use ? 🛠 Park, Draper, Pedros, Lezyne.

I've always swapped when something has broken or doesn't seem fit for purpose. I don't think one brand covers everything better than another though, a mix is the way forward. However being as this is a hobby for me I don't use the tools as much as someone working as a bike mechanic so it takes...

11 speed on a 26 er, anyone done it and any problems?

My lads bike is 26" with 11 speed, his spatial awareness on the bike when it comes to rocks, etc. isn't 100%, yet we've not had any issues with the mech. Yet! He's had the bike 2/3years

The ‘virtual’ village bicycle… (JMC 1994 Specialized FSR)

Just seen this in one of Yakboys posts, JMC has one on the RTS this would have been the bike I first saw it on I think!

The ‘virtual’ village bicycle… (JMC 1994 Specialized FSR)

I believe you're looking for a Goat Gobbler. My memory might be playing tricks but I believe I was told that Andy Kyffin (NWMTB centre) designed them specifically for Jason and maybe a few others at the time, billet block seat tube clamp with a big roller on it.

    On One 456 Evo Carbon

Coomber is right, you'd make more splitting but then some of the parts might not sell. It's a nice looking singlespeed, if it's a large frame and depending where you are I might be interested. Drop me a message!

Very interested in seeing how Patch builds up his frame, but I'm desperate to see if your one is okay under the blue Swede

Wanted 26" Ritchey Vantage Comp rim / wheel

What colour do you need the Vantage rim to be? I'm looking for another dark grey rim for a rear to match up with a previously unused 28h vantage comp that's now laced blue Coda/DT Swiss hub. Whilst I'd rather find a match for the rear, I could be persuaded to part with it.

When did it lose it for you.....

Is the Levo heavier than the San An though?!

When did it lose it for you.....

Never lost it, riding bikes is great, modern bikes are great. I have a nostalgia thing with early/mid 90s bikes, love building them, looking at them and playing with them but if I'm going out "mountain" biking I'll pick up my modern hardtail or full sus. (In a nod to ToManyOranges post that...

    A Netflix build special… (JMC 1995 Specialized M2)

Whilst we're on this topic can I mention frame size? That was what originally put a stop to my non-starter JMC project when I had the forks, could find the right size and didn't want a big frame.

    A Netflix build special… (JMC 1995 Specialized M2)

Excellent read, loving this. My bedroom wall had pretty much all the same posters on it. Would still love to do a JMC M2 build, I think that ship has sailed now. I've very fond memories of seeing his bikes most weekends bitd and on occasion having a play on them in the carpark. Have to say the...

For Sale REDUCED Kona Cindercone 19" frame & fork, postage available

1" 1/8th headset? Do you have a seat post for it? Or know what size it takes? Currently battling with the leftovers of a seatpost in a 1994 Eldridge Grade frame and rebuilding everything onto this might be a better option.
