The Super Course came in different flavours over the years. The last version in the 1980 guise which is the one I have was all 531. It is a lovely bike to ride.

I would not really know the answer to that but the one I might still be tempted by is the Team Professional MK3 or MK4 The MK5 is nice too but I fancy the victor seat stay configuration of the 3 or 4. Having said that I rather like my little quirky collection.

I have to say the seat post geometry seems to make little difference to me my position seems to stay the same in relation to the bottom crank. The frames are not the same the Super Course was built on a 74 degrees geometry and was all 531 tubes. The Record Ace on 73 degree geometry. The Corsa was a 72 degrees and Truwel. The Giro might be 73 degrees and some is 531 tubing.

Not setting any records is one thing I can say I am quite good at. Except personal records I can break those every now and then. I also can safely say that I thoroughly enjoy every bike ride.

The 1981 Record Ace model uses the same lugs as my Super Course and has the brake cable routing along the top of the top tube like mine.
