A '93 frame would have a '92-'93 serial number, and those aren't '93 dropouts. A '94 serial number means a '94/'95 frame. That's a bulge-butted Tange Prestige seat tube, which - I think - should make it a Kilauea or Explosif. Are the main tubes shaped in any way? Tapered? Ovalized? Ribbed?

I agree that they should, but it may be that not every seller is aware that the correct items are special and hard to obtain. I use flickr. I don't know that it's the best, but it works for me.

Yep. Nearly all qr front hubs are 100mm over the lock nuts, with a 9mm axle. There are exceptions, but they tend to be old, new, or obscure.

I don't recognize the hub, but some manufacturers use a hollow retaining bolt that comes from the hub shell into the freehub body, rather than from the freehub body into the shell. That gets around the wording of Shimano's patent. If the bolt head is inside the shell, you need to turn the bolt...
