I think there is a cleu in what you say about 'rubbish'... BITD component manufacturers tried to make components for life... I think... This century manufacturers don't care about 'components for life' anymore... money is what it's about this century.. :twisted:

Hi Bas, Don't know if you want your hubs to be titanium, but in the really lightweight retro hubs... I would say TUNE... I've got a Tune rear hub from the early 90's that weighs in at 215g. It's one of the first Tune hubs ever produced... In '97 I bought a MIG75R and a MAG160. These made it...

I'll throw in an other BEST LOOKING groupset part.. I think this is the best an nicest looking rear mech ever.. Suntour Superbe Pro... The only thing is that it does not work with large rear gogs on an MTB... (in the pic you'll find mine BITD, tuned for weight) And the most beautiful...

Looks like a '91 Cirrus... Mine has YA08190 as framenumber and it's a '91. Someone on here told me that all '91 frames start with YA0. '92 frames start with YA1.. Strange logic, I think, but I found some residual varnish near/in the welds... The '91 was clearcoated, the '92 was not...
