I think the outback had different forks (smaller diameter blades), with a mid-fork rack braze-on? Otherwise very similar.

I just picked one up here in BC Canada too -seller said it was a 56, but my buddy picked it up and drove it west for me, and alas, it’s only a 53 (c-c). Too small for me, but I’ll clean it up, give it some love (Brifters stuck, drivetrain is worn), and get it rolling for the next person.

She had already sold it, and was only selling the junky trek next to it :(

‘92 Bianchi Peregrine dirt drop resto-mod. Wish I had gotten closer to original paint on top tube repaint (there was lots of rust to remedy). Rides pretty sweet now! Have a 10s cassette coming so I can use the indexed shifting.

Here is my ‘98. Saddle, tires, pedals, bars, grips have been replaced on mine. You have original saddle, stem, seatpost. Not sure about the rest.
