I wouldnt put too much on things like dropouts & braze-ons on what is essentially a custom frame.

Interesting frame, the seat cluster sleeve looks Overburys ish and the extended head tube and rear cantie hanger has the look of Dave Yates.
There have been a few Caygills on here in the past, it would be worth doing a search...
