I have an old cyclocross bike which doesn't have the original wheels. It's currrently got Open Pro rims, happily fitting 32c tyres, but according to official figures shouldn't be taking more than 28c. I want to put some fatter tyres on it, let's say 45c. I presume I need different wheels, and...

At a couple of points in its rotation my chain is sticking a bit. If pedalling forward it's just stiff for a few links, if backward at the same point the rear mech gets pulled forward and the chain usually comes off. I replaced the chain but it didn't make any difference. My next port of call...
