I always thought the texture paint u get would be good for doing this,used to redo engine head covers in red,would think in blk it would look good on the bracket section.

The original plan for the rc30’s was the same as I did to the p2’s and the steel frame of the Kona with high polish of the steel and clear coat to seal may still do that and stick them on a 96/97 zaskar that i have still to make a start on. The finish come up really good

The grips are definitely getting hard to find. Can’t remember the name of the company that was redoing retro parts grips fork parts etc.

Got them off here not that long ago,guy had them on a kona with matching colours

Was going do a normal yellow but went neon yellow and it’s actually a neon blue but doesn’t seem that way in the picture

Got this few weeks back and been putting odd bits on here n there. Set of Xt thumbies diacompe levers Gt grips and bars and xtr cantis. Painted up a set of rc30’s for putting on today.

See on ur 1st pic,u could do with dropping the rear brake straddle wire clamp a wee bit to level off the cable,seems to high up the seat post

That is the actual same frame in my picture. I know the guy selling it,I had it for a full summer for using off the guy. He has plenty of interesting stuff,not sure why he has went down the rd of the disc mount. Great bike and smart as paint design

I had it setup like this for round the beach paths

I’d of left it as is with the canti set up

Was the standard yellow but in rough condition and changed to the orange
